This is the extension cable only that the #8212 hand control plugs into in the side pocket of the chair, and goes on down to plug into the short cord off the motor.  It has a five pin female socket that the hand control plugs into, and a five pin male plug that plugs into the short cord off the motor.  Normally, the only reason to replace this cord is if it has gotten pinched by the chair mechanism.
