This is a four button hand control that has been used by Lazboy, Best, Med Lift, and other chair manufacturers. It has two buttons to control the seat and two buttons for the back.

If your control looks like the one pictured, and has the number 11750 on the back of the control, then this will be the correct one for your chair.
