Note:  This control box is used exclusively with our part #5210 heat/massage hand control.  It has an eight pin female connector that accepts the hand control plug, and a two pin female connector for the cord that goes from the control box to the motor.  It also has the connectors for the heat strips and massage system.  If you push the hand control button for up & down, and the motor doesn’t move, but just “clicks”, then this is usually the problem.
