 This hand control was used in several lift chair manufacturers with heat & massage in the past decade or so. It has high and low heat controls, and three zones for massage with adjustments for intensity and speed. PLEASE NOTE that the one we are selling has the name “Relaxor” on the faceplate; we get these controls from the same manufacturer that the chair manufacturers use; instead of that manufacturer having to use a separate faceplate for all the different manufacturers that use this control, to save expense they just make all the replacements with their trademark name Relaxor on them. The new style is labeled 11170UX and is pictured above this paragraph, and it is the one you will get. Both have straight round 8 pin female plugs (very unusual to have a female plug on a hand control). As long as your hand control has the number 11170 on the back, this will be the correct one.
