Note 28:  The 11181 and 11180 controls were parts that La Z Boy got from overseas sources.  Those controls aren’t available anymore, and there is no substitute available.  You could look around on eBay, Craigslist, or other used equipment sites for one, but that would be the only sources that I know of.
