This is the basic corded hand control and cord for adjustable beds with head & foot up & down and one vibrator.. The control has four buttons on top, two for the head up & down, and two for the foot up & down, two buttons for the vibrator, and a “flat” button to run both motors down at one time. The telephone type cord that goes from the hand control to the control box under the chair is included with the control. If any questions at all, please let us know.
