The #9202 is primarily used for the Back Motor on a lift chair. There are three cords coming from this motor; a female five pin socket that the hand control plugs into, a male two pin plug that plugs into the transformer and, a female two pin socket that the cord coming from the chair plugs into. There should be a sticker on the side of your motor that says FBS Linear Actuator
