This is a cord that goes from the transformer to the motor, but this cord has a three pin male plugthat plugs into the transformer, and a female plug on the other end that takes a flat blade and a round blade plug from the motor.

Before ordering this part, follow the cord on your chair up under the chair and see that it goes to a short cord on the motor; don’t just assume that if you see a 3 pin male plug coming out the back of your chair, that this is the part you need.  Several chair manufacturers (especially La Z Boy) use a 3 pin plug like that, but the other end of that cord is hardwired into a control box under the chair, instead of having a 2 pin female plug on the other end.
