8217 Replacement for Pride Standard Lift Chair Hand Control with Quick Disconnect

$55.50

The #8217 is for Pride (and some other manufacturers) chairs made after November 2006 that has a quick disconnect plug on the end of the cord; it is a straight connector, and plugs into an extension cable either in the side pocket of the chair, or in the back of the chair. The male hand control plug and the female extension cable plug fit together, and then a plastic lever folds over to lock the two plugs together.

If your chair has a one piece cord with a 90 degree plug that plugs into the transformer mounted to the motor underneath the chair, you will need to order our part #8210.  This control will work with Dewert, Okin, Limoss, or FBS systems, as long as it has a straight quick disconnect plug, and it is a standard chair with only one motor; if your chair is a large size chair with two motors, you will need to order our part #8210 control.

If you don’t know whether your chair has one or two motors, lie the chair down on its side and look underneath; there will either be one motor or two motors that raise and lower the chair.
