This is the new style deluxe heat & massage and infinite hand control with two small buttons on the top of the control for heat seat and heat back, and four buttons around a round middle button on the top end of the control.  Most of these units don’t have any markings on the back of the hand control, but it is distinguishable, in that it has a 25 pin connector with thumb screws that screw into a control box under the chair.
