This control box mounts under the chair, and all the various cords in the chair plug into it. The motor(s), the hand control cord, and the cord from the transformer all plug into it. PLEASE NOTE that this control box is specifically made for the hand control pictured above (the hand control is not included, but is available in our medpartsonline eBay Store). TECHNICAL TIP: If the chair won't move at all, and you hear a loud "click" from this control box, then the control box may be the problem (if you don't hear a click, then the problem is most likely either the hand control or the transformer).
