The #9200 motor has been primarily used in newer model Pride and Megamotion lift chairs. There are two cords coming from this motor; a female five pin socket that the hand control plugs into, and a male two pin plug that plugs into the transformer. There should be a sticker on the side of your motor that says FBS Linear Actuator (the writing on the sticker will be very small); if so, and you only have one motor in your chair, should be the motor you need.
