This is the cable that comes in the replacement kit to make chairs with the old #8228 transformer work.  It plugs into the new transformer we send with that kit, and the other end goes under the chair and plugs into the control box.  It has a male two prong flat blade/round blade connector that goes into the transformer, and a female three prong white connector that plugs into the control box.

Please note:  This cord was never used as original parts on a lift chair; it is only used as part of the replacement kit for the #8228 transformer.
